Sustainability & Impact Co-Founder (Equity-Based)

This is a true zero-to-one founder role, not a senior hire or advisory position. You will help define how sustainability works before there is a playbook, making decisions that will shape platform trust, vendor behaviour, and buyer confidence for years.
Technical Co-Founder (Full-Stack)
Co-FounderRemote/Hybrid, Kigali Rwanda
We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder (Full-Stack) to co-build and co-own the technology foundation of Gephra and its products, including Gephra Sustaina. This is not a delivery-only engineering role. You will shape the technical vision, architecture, and execution while working closely with the Founder to translate product, sustainability, and business goals into scalable systems.
Advisors and Board Members
We work with advisors who support governance, sustainability standards, technology, and market access. Advisory roles are part-time and scoped, with clear expectations.
